What is JetCat?

The AIAA JetCat team aims to learn more about how jet engines work using the MiniJets JM14 Jet Turbine as a scaled-down model. The JM14 is a kit that allows members to get a hands-on approach to the construction of a turbojet engine, through assembly of the jet engine, as well as designing nozzles for the jet engine once the initial assembly and testing is complete.

We have a new engine kit, that we are excited to get assembled this upcoming fall semester (Fall 2025)!
